Policies
Late Arrival Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you to arrive on time for your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you can if you know you will be late. Depending on services booked, and the stylist schedule, you may not receive your full service. If you are going to be late 15 minutes or more, you may be subjected to a late cancellation fee and asked to reschedule your appointment.
No Show Policy
You will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. Our time is just as valuable and another client could have filled the appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, 50% of the services will be charged to your credit card on file. If you reschedule, we will require an additional 50% of the future appointment be paid in advance the day of rescheduling. If you appointment is scheduled on a Monday, we ask that you notify us 48 hours prior to the appointment since we are closed Sundays.
Right to Refuse Service
Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Product Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on purchased products.
Service Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed correction if there was a fault on our side.
Scheduling Policy
A credit card on file is required for all scheduled appointments. This method is to secure your service time for both you and our staff.
Groups & Parties Policy
When scheduling multiple client services, we do require a credit card to secure all appointments. You are responsible for all appointments scheduled. Please read all other policies so you are aware of our cancellation, no show, late arrival policies.
